On top of all prices the German VAT needs to be added.

Please note:
The media package needs to be paid by every exhibitor for publishing exhibitor data on electronic media e.g. event homepage. An additional charge of € 0.60 per sqm is charged as a contribution to the Confederation of German Trade Fair and Exhibition Industries (AUMA).
The System Stand Construction includes:
Flooring, Construction system, Ceiling, Lighting, Electricity (exclusive consumption), Furniture (1 Table, 4 Chairs, 1 Coat rack, 1 Bin), Set up and Finalization until agreed time/ Deconstruction after the event/  Cleansing prior to the event, Logo upon request, Creatives (Company name up to 15 characters).

Explanations

* Waste-disposal fee

Common fee for all exhibitors for the waste disposal during the event. Maximum € 1,350.00 for spaces with more than 499 sqm.

The costs for each service can be found in our OOS. For all these services (see number 14 part B General Terms) an advance payment is required based on the last event the exhibitor participated. New exhibitors that did not take part in any trade fair so far will need to pay advance payment. After the event a final invoice will be sent with actual costs and credits will be issued if applicable.
